Welcome to Tommy’s Tails Pet Emporium (TTPE). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including grooming, walking, and training. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Services
TTPE provides grooming, walking, and training services for pets. Our services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location.
- Booking and Payment
To book our services, you must provide us with your contact information, your pet’s information, and the type of service you require. You must also provide payment information and authorize us to charge your credit card for the services you have booked.
- Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you may be charged a cancellation fee. We may also charge a cancellation fee if we are unable to provide the services due to your pet’s behavior or health issues.
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us to discuss the issue.
- Pet Care and Safety
TTPE will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet while in our care. However, we cannot be held liable for any harm or injury that may occur to your pet while in our care, except for harm or injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s health, behavior, and vaccination status. You must also provide us with any special instructions or requirements for the care of your pet.
- Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TTPE and its employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your use of our services, except for claims arising from our negligence or willful misconduct.
Our liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TTPE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which TTPE is located.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
